What is UP and how to find it
Sometimes our Support Team will ask you to provide your identification - at MyBro your Client ID is called "up".
To find it, please go to the panel at the top of the platform and click on the person icon:
A menu will open, and at the top of it you'll see your Client ID (upХХХХХХXXX with numbers instead of X-symbols):
Your up is also a part of your accounts' numbers:
