How do I create a password for mobile app?
If you want to trade using the MyBro app on Android, you should create a separate password for it. Here's how to do this:
1) Open your mobile browser and go to the MyBro website. Then click on the Sign In button.
2) Next you need to sign in, using your MyBro credentials.
3) Then you will be redirected to this page, which allows you to create trading password to trade from the app.
4) After creating your mobile app password, you will be redirected to the page with your username for the trading app. Your username is your Client UP at MyBro. Please copy it in order to log into the platform and click on the App icon at the bottom of the screen.
- If you already have the app installed, the link will open the app for you.
- If you don't have the app yet, it will give you the option to download it.
5) After the app is opened, you can put your credentials (your UP and the new password) into the form and click Log In.
6) After logging into the platform you will be asked to set up a PIN code for the mobile app. You can do it right away or later - it is up to you!
When you're ready to set up a PIN, please click on the Menu option at the bottom of the screen and then at the Settings option at the top right corner of the Menu screen. There you will be able to set up a PIN code, Fingerprint ID or to change your existing PIN code.
That's it! Now you're ready to trade from your phone.
